TO COMMUNITY CENTER

The Housing Management Office and Pinnacle Management Office are now co-located at the Community Center on 1069 High Street for the convenience of all incoming residents!

COMMUNITY INFORMATION MEETINGS

Thank you to the residents that attended our meeting on September 24, 2008. Out next meeting are as follows: October 15, October 29, November 12, November 25, and December 10. We will be discussing the Direct Utility Billing Program for those residents who could not attend the intial CIM. The meeting begin at 5:30 p.m. and we look forward to seeing you there!

PARENT'S NIGHT OUT IS BACK!

This is a free service for our residents! We offer this the 3rd Friday of each month. It is limited to children between the ages of 3 - 12. We provide pizza, snacks, and drinks. You can R.S.V.P. for the current month only. Call to reserve your child's place.

Billing Dates for 2008

The billing dates for 2008 will be invoiced monthly and resident balances (over/under utility allowance) will be reconciled quarterly. The table below indicates the correct billing cycles and their due dates:

TRASH/RECYCLING CAN POLICY

In an effort to spruce up housing, we'd like to ask our Eagle Heights residents to set out trash/recycles at the point of pick up no sooner than 7:00 p.m. the evening before their scheduled pick up and put away no later than 7:00 p.m. the day of pick up. Please store trash/recycling cans in the garage or in the back of the home. They should not be stored in the front of the home.
